# 🌐 Editable Project Domains

This one’s a bit overdue, but you can now **edit the domain of your project** via the project settings.

It’s especially useful if you set up a project with the wrong domain initially or if you migrate to a new domain.

When changing the domain, keep in mind that this also changes the URL of your public dashboard (if enabled). We also recommend using your **root domain**, as Vemetric supports tracking across subdomains.
